Caramel Apple Cake... cam biskut + roti daa....
from now on ill try to post my entry in english... cos theres somebody who keep on visiting my blog but cant understand what im writing... hahaha... so, before i start i would like to appologise to u guys for my bad english...
b4 i put any topping on top... just got out from oven...
anyway, a few days ago, as usual i visited some websites to look for cake recipe... n im interested at this one recipe... it is called Kek Karemel Epal... its in Malay of course... i wrote down the recipe n try to do it... the ingredients are in gram... but i dont have the weighing balance... so i just use my intuition n logical thinking =p n here is the result of it....
used butter knife to spread the choc... hehehhe...
my cake was quite thin... cos i used big 'loyang' hahaha... sorry, dont know what it is in english... too lazy to think... plus, it was tasteless... so after this i need to put more sugar i guess... n of course if i want to make one more time of this cake, i will double up the quantity... so that my cake would be much higher than this one...
cut into 9 pieces... n sprinkled with some deco sugar...
ill try to find more tips from other sites of this recepi so that i can bake an even better one than this... i think thats all for now... need to go to bed... zaftra u menya est kontrolnaya rabota russkogo iazika... correct me if im using incorrect russian language... ^_^
